We want you to rest and have a wonderful stay, but please respect

Our properties.

• Kindly observe the check-in and check-out times.
• No Parties or large gatherings are permitted, no hen or bachelor parties
• Only the official number of guests booked may stay in the unit.
• No day visitors allowed at the beach units unless permission is asked
• Please refrain from sharing the access code with unregistered guests or giving our remotes
• Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within ALL apartments, ash trays are outside on the patio area, please do not dump your cigarette buds in the garden or plants
• Please don’t eat and drink in the bedrooms
• Please turn off lights, electric blankets & appliances when you leave.
• Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.

Please note that any damages to the apartment or its furnishings will result in cost of repairs and you will be held liable for the additional charges – we do charge a refundable breakage fee for some of our units.
